About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager, Private Client Services to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts, meeting monthly and annual production goals, and serving as a mentor to associates on your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach associates on the Private Client team to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the insurance industry.
  • P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
