As a Manager, Compliance, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing compliance initiatives that ensure our operations align with Property and Casualty adjuster licensing and continuing education state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and seven years of prior experience with state jurisdictional guidelines, regulations, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret information in an objective, analytical way to make decisions and solve problems are essential for this role. Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop new methods, processes, and/or approaches to achieving objectives, are also crucial. If you have five years of relevant business, compliance, and/or regulatory experience, you will be well-positioned to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address General Compliance Issues
  2. Advise and consult on matters related to compliance with laws, regulations, applicable company policies, ethical behavior, and compliance trends
  3. Regulatory Change Management (RCM): Oversee the review and communication of new or revised laws, regulations, bulletins, and regulatory publications applicable to Property and Casualty Claim adjuster licensing and continuing education
  4. Contact for Regulatory Bodies: Develop and maintain productive/effective relationships with key regulators in assigned states to create positive outcomes for the enterprise
  5. Licensing: Facilitate and oversee licensing of company entities, adjusters, attorneys, and/or producer/agencies to ensure compliance with applicable state rules and regulations

What We Pay:

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,700.00 - $164,500.00. This is a nationwide market range, representing a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate.
