Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will be responsible for

• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve territory goals

• Building strong relationships with existing and new dealers to drive sales and customer satisfaction

• Providing ongoing training and support to dealers to enhance their knowledge of STIHL products and services

• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through targeted outreach and account management

• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and territory metrics

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs
  • Effective time management and presentation skills
