Lead Clinical Program Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearThis salary estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
Job DescriptionAssistant Clinical Director Responsibilities- Manage clinical operations and support the clinical director in overseeing staff and patient intake.
- Lead clinical staff meetings in the absence of the clinical director.
- Implement plans for performance improvement and develop cost-effective methods to provide service.
- Provide supervision for staff development and facilitate communication with ancillary services.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with eating disorder clients.
- Licensed to practice in the appropriate state, as applicable.
- CPR certification required.
