Job Summary:

DeLallo Foods is seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily sales reports and check requests using Excel
  • Prepare weekly coupon and sales reporting
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and customer spin reports using Excel
  • Prepare rebate accruals for the Accounting department
  • Track damages by customer
  • Collaborate with National Regional Managers to compile necessary information for meetings
  • Analyze top 25 customers semi-annually
  • Compile P&Ls on customers' when requested by management
  • Miscellaneous reporting when necessary
  • Fulfill Front Desk Administrator duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrate clear, easy to understand, and professional written and oral communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor/Associate degree in Accounting or similar field, preferred
  • 1-2 years previous sales support experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong math and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
