About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Service Associate to join our team at IST Management. As a key member of our office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in San Jose and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service in corporate and legal offices, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle tasks and projects as assigned, including reception, hospitality, mail room, and copy center duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to business procedure guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds.
