Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Specialty Sales Team Leader to join our team on weekend nights. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about A&A, Home, Seasonal, Beauty, Electronics, and Baby.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, events, and promotions to drive sales growth and guest engagement.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met.
  • Support team members in closing skill gaps through development, coaching, and team interactions.
  • Address store needs, including emergency situations, regulatory visits, and guest services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable attendance necessary.
