Having dedicated the past few years to creating the intelligence behind construction processes, we are now launching workflows and agents, beginning with a Q&A document chatbot, to seamlessly integrate into construction teams' operations, ultimately aiming to automate the construction landscape. With significant traction among several Fortune 500 construction firms, we are expanding our team to deploy additional agents this year. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry rife with inefficiencies and risks.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement tailored technical solutions that cater to the specific requirements of our construction clients.
- Act as a technical authority in construction technology, providing comprehensive knowledge and insights to both internal teams and external clients.
- Identify and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to effectively showcase our solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Engage with product management to identify client needs and influence the product development roadmap based on field feedback.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in construction and related fields to maintain the cutting-edge nature of our solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role, with a strong emphasis on construction technology.
- In-depth technical expertise in areas such as construction management software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT) for construction, or other relevant technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proven history of collaborating closely with sales teams to drive business growth and ensure customer success.
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or construction management; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
