Job Description

We are seeking experienced In-Home Sales Professionals to join our team as Design Consultants. This role combines your passion for design with unparalleled sales skills, allowing you to deliver custom bathroom solutions directly to clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored bathroom solutions.
  • Utilize our proven one-call-close system to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Engage with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments to ensure high sales conversion rates.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the rapid growth of our new franchise.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a one-call close in-home sales representative (required).
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • Home Improvement Sales License (HIS) preferred.
