Position Overview:
A Production Assembler role is currently available at MITER Brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing assigned tasks in the fabrication of windows and patio doors throughout various assembly stages. Achieving departmental production targets while prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency is essential for success in this position.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $20

Work Schedule:
Shift: 5am - 1:45pm (Overtime Required)

The responsibilities of the Production Assembler include:

  • Assisting in the assembly and construction processes while adhering to established work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Focusing on delivering high-quality work in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

  • Complying with all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
  • Mechanical skills, including the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Experience with both hand and power tools.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform operations with fractions and whole numbers.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
