We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Representative to join our team at Western & Southern Life. As a Financial Representative, you will play a critical role in meeting the financial needs of our clients by providing expert advice and guidance on insurance and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and develop effective marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients and grow our business.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospect and network for new clients, secure appointments, and provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are met.
- Product Sales and Service: Effectively sell insurance and investment solutions to clients, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are meeting their financial goals.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow our business, including identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- License and Certifications: State Life and Health license, FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, relationship, and influence skills; effective communication skills; ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
This is a full-time position that requires regular travel and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license and access to an automobile are required.
