About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS Industries team, you will be responsible for helping industry customers enable their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their cloud adoption goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute education plans, roadmaps, and business outcome alignments to drive customer success.
  • Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration and ensure successful cloud journeys.
  • Manage cadence and reporting to track customer progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
