Position Overview
This is a contract role for six months, focusing on addressing fundamental client inquiries related to our product offerings. You will escalate issues or opportunities as necessary. This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails directed to the EnergyLink support team.
  • Ensure all communications are handled accurately, promptly, and courteously.
  • Adhere to established internal protocols.
  • Facilitate user contact information for follow-up by other team members.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Guide clients through the application process over the phone.
  • Thoroughly understand client needs before proposing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic client issues effectively.
  • Take initiative and responsibility in resolving client concerns.
  • Engage in cross-training to enhance skills, broaden knowledge, and elevate the customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a solid theoretical understanding of the role, typically gained through higher education. While complex tasks will be closely supervised, routine responsibilities will require a degree of independence. Challenges may arise, but they are generally manageable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, land management, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various oil and gas software applications.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain seated for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks on a computer, and utilize standard office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds safely using proper techniques. Effective communication skills are essential. Regular attendance is expected, and the ability to work in an office environment is required.

Travel Requirements
Minimal travel may be necessary based on company needs.
