Job Summary

Anthony's Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Busser/Server Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with food servers to maintain efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment, including restocking supplies and clearing tables.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving water and refilling glasses as needed.
  • Clear and replace dishes and utensils between courses and after guests depart.
  • May also assist servers with pouring hot beverages, such as coffee or tea.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior food service experience necessary.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to multitask and organize effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and carry bust tubs, trays, and other objects.
Benefits

Full-time employees working an average of 25 hours per week are eligible for medical insurance, an HSA account, and a 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. Part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance. Sick time is available for all front-of-house employees, accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Additional benefits include scholarships, meal discounts, and EAP assistance through the LifeWorks Wellness App.
