Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Equipment Technician to join our team at Revlon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, setup, and calibration of assembly/wrapping equipment, as well as performing repairs and diagnostics for other equipment within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, set up, and calibrate assembly/wrapping equipment
  • Perform repairs and diagnostics for other equipment
  • Examine machine parts and tooling for damage or excessive wear
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn parts, as well as adjust and maintain equipment
  • Operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
  • Research, order, and maintain parts inventory for services and repairs
  • Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, while accepting direction from a more skilled Mechanic or Maintenance Lead
  • Support new equipment installation and perform preventative maintenance, problem diagnostics, and conduct repairs on facility utilities and all material handling systems as directed
  • Use CMMS for work order tracking, record keeping, and spare parts control
  • Display good communication skills, both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Mechatronics degree or related certification
  • Two years or more experience in general industrial maintenance
  • Skills and experience in electrical systems, electronic controls, and programmable logic controllers
  • Skills and experience in mechanical drives/systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, electrical and mechanical building utilities
  • Ability to read, understand, and explain electrical/electronic schematics, drawings, and manuals for mechanical drive and pneumatic systems, and building blueprints
  • Ability to use a multi-meter as a diagnostic trouble shooting and testing tool
