Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and performing treatments.
- Supervise and direct junior staff members and CNAs, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent care.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
