Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Adventist Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from the diagnostic imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from the diagnostic imaging department, ensuring patient support systems are in place at all times.
- Report any changes in patient condition during the process to nurses and/or technologists.
- Assist patients from wheelchair to exam table, stretcher or toilet and back as needed.
- Provide direct patient care as directed by technologists or radiologists, in conjunction with all imaging procedures.
- Serve as liaison between technologists and unit nursing staffs.
- Perform all duties related to the hand off of care between the imaging department and hospital unit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High School Education/GED or equivalent.
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
