Healthcare Support Professional

BrightStar Care seeks an exceptional Healthcare Support Professional to fill this unique role, combining caregiving expertise with administrative skills.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately $52,000, based on standard industry rates.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
You will play a vital role in supporting our recruiters, handling tasks like client intake, scheduling, and administrative duties.
In this role, you will also contribute to the creation and review of electronic Care Notes, ensuring seamless care coordination and timely reporting.
This is a 40-hour per week position, working regular office hours (7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday), with occasional flexibility during the weekend.
