We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to lead our client's ground-up Multi-Family projects in the Louisville, KY area. As Sr. Multi-Family Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in commercial construction, project management, and leadership. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus.

About the Role:

  1. Oversight of all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Development and implementation of construction plans, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and interior design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
