Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Lead to manage our construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

In this position, you will oversee project teams, develop and implement project plans, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and field operations, to achieve business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
