Position Summary:
The Chemical Processing Technician plays a crucial role in the operations of our manufacturing facility. This position involves the handling and processing of parts, equipment, and materials within the chemical processing and painting areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transport parts, equipment, and materials within designated processing areas.
2. Load and unload materials according to established procedures.
3. Sort and categorize parts based on customer specifications to ensure optimal cleaning.
4. Confirm proper coding and tagging of parts, ensuring quality aligns with specifications.
5. Prepare parts for chemical processing, including cleaning and masking.
6. Operate material handling equipment, including power hoists and forklifts.
7. Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts are adequately dried and cleaned.
8. Manage chemical processing tanks, maintaining appropriate water levels and temperatures.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment.
10. Take responsibility for the quality of work performed and complete additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with blueprints is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is essential. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary for measurements and specifications.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
