At All Star Recruiting, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full Time Geriatric Home Health Physician to join our team. As a Geriatric Home Health Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to seniors in their homes, with the option to conduct virtual visits when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide primary care to seniors who are majority home-bound, with a focus on geriatric medicine.
  • Conduct home visits and virtual visits, with a patient load of 6-8 patients per day.
  • Work collaboratively with a care team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of value-based care programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or have an interest in Geriatrics).
  • At least two years of clinical experience with home-based care and/or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
