We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in working with data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing key analysis and taking ownership of data sources from the business side.
  • Understand business needs, gather data, and present key insights to contribute to the Customer Support strategic roadmap.
  • Own P&L metrics, identifying drivers of over and underperformance in the customer service area, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and tracking, mastering internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor and track business KPIs.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Customer Service strategic projects, participating in the delivery of key internal projects and providing support from the business side.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and large sets of data.
  • Python programming skills and experience with Google DataStudio, Power BI highly valued.
  • Advanced Office skills and experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset.
  • Strong analytical skills, fast-learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity.
  • A self-starter and team player, who also enjoys to have fun
  • Business proficiency in English.
