The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, addiction medicine, and behavioral health. Responsibilities:- Provide primary, addiction, urgent, and behavioral health care to patients
- Work in a team-based environment to deliver evidence-based care
- Collaborate with correctional staff to ensure patient safety and security
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by a state agency or accredited by the ACEN
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a primary care setting within the last 24 months
- Active, unrestricted OH LPN license
- BLS from the American Heart Association
