Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

City Brewing Co is seeking a highly skilled Production Line Supervisor to oversee the start-up, operations, and completion of assigned production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety procedures are followed, front line quality check compliance, and maintaining/improving line efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate priorities and guidance to maintenance teams.
  • Recommend measures to maintain safe operations, improve production methods, and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Initiate personnel actions, such as performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures.
  • Facilitate daily debriefs with packaging staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Internal, Federal, State, and local guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • BA/BS in Business, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Strong background in people skills and hands-on front line supervisory experience preferred in the area of packaging.
  • 5 yrs supervisory experience in a high-speed packaging environment preferred.
