We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Leader to join our team at Easton Nursing & Rehab in Easton, PA. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading the clinical operations of our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and implement strategies to minimize overtime and agency personnel usage.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee development, making recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations as needed.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management or supervisory capacity.
