**Job Overview**

Located in Franklin, Tennessee, Williamson Health is a comprehensive healthcare system providing exceptional patient care services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in supporting our medical group by delivering clinical nursing support and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical nursing support to patients and businesses through effective communication, scheduling tests and consultations, and maintaining clinical supplies.
  • Counsel patients on health-related issues and ensure accurate recording of patient medical history and vital signs.
  • Coordinate referrals to other medical services, triage phone calls, and address patient portal messages.
  • Obtain prior authorization for medications and diagnostic testing, and maintain quality assurance for office lab.

Requirements:

  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • One year of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Must be competent in the use of Glucometer, BP cuff, thermometer, computer, stethoscope, audio scope, business phone, and various oral and injectable medications.
