Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business heads and process managers to gather and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to convert business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other integrated applications.
  • Create use cases and provide team-based resolutions for Salesforce and integrated applications, including email integration, expense management, document management, and more.
  • Actively participate in user acceptance testing for Salesforce environments, including regression testing and UAT, to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Administer and collaborate on reports and dashboards for business sales and nCino teams, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Define user experience scenarios using API flow diagrams to describe functional integration, ensuring a seamless user experience.
