  2. Engage with departmental leaders to pinpoint essential performance metrics and business drivers, ensuring ongoing reporting and oversight.
  3. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive management, assessing the impact of strategic initiatives and business ventures.
  4. Employ advanced modeling methodologies to scrutinize diverse data sets and financial documents, transforming insights into actionable strategies, whether through process enhancements, best practices, or other data-driven solutions.
  5. Compile and present periodic financial reports to key stakeholders, develop and sustain financial dashboards, and guarantee the precision and promptness of financial reporting.
  6. Champion best practices in financial planning and analysis, fostering continuous enhancement of FP&A processes and systems.
  7. Utilize your leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior financial analysts, coordinating team activities and projects.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required qualifications include:

  • 5-10 years of experience or education in financial planning and analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient Excel skills at an expert level.
  • Experience with SQL is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial data, including forecasting, reporting, and analytical experience, along with a solid grasp of financial statements.
  • Ability to swiftly derive key insights from complex data.
  • Proven track record of tackling intricate problems with curiosity and analytical thinking.
  • Capacity to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and challenge existing processes.
