At Michael Page, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team in Detroit, MI. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing full general conditions estimates and analysis, as well as construction cost estimates with quantity take-offs and unit pricing.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of estimating experience, a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, and significant project experience with a commercial focus. You will be able to run projects from conception to completion and have experience estimating projects up to $10 million.

We offer a competitive salary of $120k-$150K+ base, bonus potential & profit sharing (up to 25% of base salary), company truck / truck stipend, gas card, Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, maternity & paternity leave, 401(K) with 6% match, HSA employer match, community outreach program, unlimited PTO, and work from home policy.
