As a Partner & Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for building a strong client-first and collaborative practice culture, hiring hospital staff, delivering excellent patient care, and maintaining client/patient medical/surgical records. You will also partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital financial performance and positively represent the hospital in the professional and local community.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
• 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian required
• Leadership/management experience is a plus
