Responsibilities

As a Home Care RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the patient's place of residence. You will work collaboratively with a RN Case Manager and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a State Board-approved program for Registered Nurses
  • CPR certification with re-certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team member
  • Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Strong computer skills
