About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Manager to join our People Team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our learning management system (LMS), managing a team of systems administrators/specialists, and designing engaging e-learning content for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal advisor, liaising with departments to determine training needs and priorities
  • Design and develop creative and engaging e-learning content using various media, such as video, webinar, and web-based products
  • Sourcing off-the-shelf e-learning resources and adapting them for international markets
  • Supporting the growth of our international clubs with e-learning materials in their local languages
  • Communicating our offer and products to the wider business
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and creating engaging e-learning materials, preferably with RISE, Storyboard, and Articulate software
  • Experience in creating and editing video content and using video editing software
  • Experience or knowledge in designing or sourcing e-learning content for international markets
  • Relevant training qualification and experience managing a LMS
  • Self-motivation, great collaboration, and team player skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
