The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Integration Engineer / Developer to join our team and help scale our ISV integration partnerships ecosystem.

This role will focus on guiding new vendors in building integrations with our leading backup and recovery solutions, as well as developing and supporting integrations directly.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in cyber security and experience working with ISV integrations in the tech ecosystem.

This position includes responsibilities for assisting in designing and maintaining the partner program, as well as working with internal engineering and product management teams to influence the development of complementary partner products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide and support new ISV partners in developing integrations with our backup and recovery solutions, focusing on cyber security IA products.
  2. Provide technical expertise and consultation to ISV partners throughout the integration process, from initial design to implementation and ongoing support.
  3. Develop and maintain technical integrations between our platform and partner solutions, ensuring detailed functionality and efficient performance.
  4. Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance testing of partner integrations to ensure compliance with our standards and security requirements.
  5. Work closely with internal engineering and product management teams to influence the development of complementary partner products.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify integration opportunities and develop innovative solutions that improve our cyber security offerings.
  7. Assist in designing and maintaining the partner program, ensuring it meets the needs of both our company and our ISV partners.
  8. Participate in partner events, webinars, and technical workshops to promote our integration capabilities and cultivate positive relationships with ISV partners.
  9. Build and maintain user documentation, including integration guides, API references, and standard methodologies for ISV partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security technologies and integration methodologies.
  11. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical support for partner-related initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  12. Contribute to the development of our ISV integration strategy and help identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on integration technologies and ISV partnerships
  • Proficiency in API development, integration protocols, and cloud technologies
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work optimally with both technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Proven track record of optimally leading sophisticated integration projects and partner relationships
  • Solid understanding of backup and recovery solutions, as well as broader cyber security IA products preferred
  • Certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$85,000 - $212,800
