Predictive Modeling Specialist

Inizio Partners is seeking a skilled Predictive Modeling Specialist to join our healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with expertise in developing predictive models and analytics solutions to improve healthcare outcomes and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Developing predictive models and algorithms to forecast healthcare outcomes, patient risks, and quality measures.
- Collaborating with clinical and quality teams to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of HEDIS measures.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve STARS ratings based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong background in data science with expertise in HEDIS and Medicare STAR ratings.
- 5-7 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platform GCP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000-$170,000, depending on location and experience.
