Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory and carrying costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of service.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in inventory management within a distribution environment.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
