Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hourly electricians to complete aircraft modification projects
  • Monitor budgets and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Organize daily tasks to meet milestones and drive project performance
  • Establish and track day-to-day production requirements, including budget, safety, quality, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • US citizenship required
  • FAA Certified A&P
  • Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing
  • Ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations
  • Experience on Boeing Large Wide body aircraft
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge
  • Ability to work overtime and all shifts
  • Ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques
  • Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Boeing Wide/Narrow body, Gulfstream platform experience
  • VIP or comms upgrade experience
  • Lean or Six-Sigma Training
