Job Title: Acute Care LPN Position

Job Summary:
Health Advocates Network is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in an acute care setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 1 year of experience as an Acute Care LPN required
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • NY LPN licensure
