About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Attendant I to join our team at IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company. As a Yard Attendant I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, working closely with our team to prepare vehicles for auction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle check-in and recording of information
  • Detailing vehicles to improve appearance and value
  • Operating passenger vehicles safely
  • Recovering keys, license plates, and other information
  • Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather
