Catholic Health Service is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • New York State license and registration or valid temporary license.
  • BLS Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an outpatient setting.
