Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Generalist Operator. As a Generalist Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Support leads in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards by performing regular quality checks and reporting any defects or issues to the designated lead.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all mobile equipment and machinery in good working condition, including regular inspections and reporting any issues to the lead.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that all information is shared and understood.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and report any safety, quality, or mechanical issues to the designated lead, and work with the team to resolve any problems that arise.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the removal of debris, trash, and improperly stored items.
- Record Keeping: Accurately complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records of production, quality, and safety metrics.
