We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Portfolio Asset Manager to join our team at Eagle Realty Group. As a key member of our real estate debt investments organization, you will be responsible for proactively evaluating and mitigating associated business risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Research and assess risk by collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including property operating statements, rent rolls, inspections, tax returns, and credit reports.
- Collaborate with management to make recommendations and prepare written analysis for senior leadership.
- Direct communication with mortgage servicers and borrowers to resolve issues and maintain effective working relations.
- Complete portfolio reviews, including quality rating analysis, market valuations, and Risk Based Capital (RBC) reserve classifications.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and technical factors that affect the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Mortgage Loan Servicing System (Precision LM).
- Knowledge of mathematics and principles behind monetary transactions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
