Position: Lead React Software Developer

Location: Irving, TX

Note: Local candidates preferred for onsite-hybrid role

As a Lead React Software Developer, you will spearhead a talented team dedicated to crafting highly interactive user interface components and applications. Your vast experience and leadership capabilities will be crucial in establishing superior coding standards, architectural strategies, and the overall vision for our front-end development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the architecture and development of sophisticated React applications, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Mentor and lead a team of React developers, setting objectives, conducting code evaluations, and nurturing a culture of technical excellence.
  • Uphold and promote best practices in software architecture and design.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge web development methodologies and technologies.
  • Engage in hands-on coding, producing clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in front-end development and the React ecosystem, integrating new concepts into projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical implementations align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in front-end technologies.
  • Proven expertise in building large-scale applications.
  • Proficient in modern front-end languages, libraries, and rendering techniques (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
  • In-depth knowledge of state management libraries (such as Redux or MobX).
  • Experience with standard front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience interfacing with backend systems.
  • Proficient with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong collaborative skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
