Job Responsibilities- Execute all Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures with precision while adhering to established safety protocols.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals with accuracy, ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations.
- Maintain necessary professional certifications, licenses, and engage in ongoing education.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide outstanding patient services.
- Enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness through various operational tasks.
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and adequately stocked to facilitate smooth workflow.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Current certifications in Nuclear Medicine and CPR are essential.
Skills RequiredProven expertise in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging techniques. Familiarity with quality control measures for radioactive materials is advantageous.
Work EnvironmentEngage closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and various departments within the organization. The role involves frequent standing, lifting, and exposure to radioactive materials.
