**Job Summary**

We are seeking skilled Laborers to join our team in the Punta Gorda area. As a Laborer with Watson Civil Construction, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Safety Focus**: Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout all job functions, adhering to company and industry standards.
  • **Traffic Control**: Distribute traffic control signs and markers along the site in a designated pattern to ensure a safe working environment.
  • **Work Zone Setup**: Set up, maintain, and tear down work zones, meeting or exceeding customer, state, and company expectations.
  • **Physical Demands**: Lift, carry, and place up to 50 lbs. of traffic cones to ensure the safety of the work zone.
  • **Sign Placement**: Lift, carry, place, and assemble traffic control signs in the proper order to manage work zone traffic.
  • **Equipment Maintenance**: Keep equipment in trucks well organized and in working order.
  • **Traffic Direction**: Direct movement of traffic through the site using sign, hand, and flag signals.
