Job Title: Roadway/Dirt Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadway/Dirt Foreman to join our team at Watson Civil Construction, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction supervision, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew
  • Report on work to the Superintendent
  • Operate and maintain all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects
  • Read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Monitor the implementation of safety orientations and provide coaching for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment and building construction knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
