Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the clinical care of residents in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Conduct daily rounds and prescribe necessary medications and treatments.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused primary care services.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all patient interactions.
  • Be available for consultations with nursing staff via phone or secure messaging.
  • Utilize Theoria's proprietary electronic health record system for documentation.
  • Familiarity with common facility EHR systems such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech is beneficial.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
  • Possess reliable transportation for work duties.

Shift Structure

  • Rounding occurs from 7 AM to 1 PM local time, with providers available for nursing staff and urgent issues.
  • Shifts typically commence around 7 AM local time, with reasonable flexibility.
  • Workdays are Monday through Friday.
  • Documentation can be completed off-site.
  • This position requires in-person attendance.
