About the Role

At AtWork Personnel Services - NW Houston, we are looking for a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and supplies into and out of our facility.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, counting, and recording incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Utilizing our warehouse management system to track and locate products within the warehouse.
  • Operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to move and stack materials efficiently.
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss during transit.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as needed to support timely delivery of goods.
  • Performing basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment to prevent injuries and accidents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • BASIC mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
