We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Developer to enhance our capabilities in supporting a federal intelligence agency. This role requires collaboration with analysts to grasp their needs and utilize your design expertise to visually articulate complex analytical concepts. A strong interest in geographic information systems and the ability to transform intricate data into engaging visual narratives are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technology to create a diverse array of intelligence deliverables, seamlessly integrating graphics with text, audio, and video for high-impact multimedia products.
  • Develop dynamic content that adheres to established Intelligence Community (IC) standards, including audio segments and podcasts.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • A minimum of eight years of graphic design experience, with relevant experience within the last two years.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard graphics and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Skill in synthesizing information from multiple sources logically.
  • Capability to produce clear, concise, and timely graphics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and organization.
  • Aptitude for identifying inconsistencies in information and applying complex analytical methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or TypeScript.
  • Background in cartography and geographic information systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence production cycle and related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this position is between $78,000 and $141,000. This range serves as a guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Factors influencing the final offer include job responsibilities, educational background, relevant experience, and market alignment.
