Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life using RRX 80/20 Framework
* Define pricing strategies and product positioning
* Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend improvements.

Product Development
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
* Complete market and product requirement documentation for new product concepts.
* Ensure timely execution of product development projects.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights
Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, preferences, and emerging trends.
* Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and industry experts to inform product decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
* Minimum 7-10 years of relevant B2B product management and new product marketing/commercialization experience in the industrial manufacturing industry
* Willingness to travel 20-30%

Preferred Qualifications
Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred
* Knowledge of food, industrial, and/or consumer goods industries sector

Compensation
$79,500-150,000
